All papers reviewed by conference Scientific Committee and accepted for presentation and also keynote articles will publish in Conference Proceedings which carries an ISSN number and will be distributed to participants at the Conference. Publication of an accepted paper in the Proceedings is on the basis that at least one of the authors must register to participate in conference. Each registration entitles one copy of Proceedings. It is an understanding that authors of accepted papers have to attend the Conference to present their papers, or in his/her absence, a co-author may represent him/her. The material submitted for presentation at the Conference must be original, not published or being considered elsewhere and must be in conference full paper format (can be downloaded from conference website at www.icth2019.ir)

LANGUAGE
Papers must be written and presented in English. The official language of the Conference is English.
